Sydney

My favourite trip to Sydney was a couple of years ago for my birthday. Adam and I spent a few days to celebrate, and watch Hamilton, the musical.
My god was it good. In fact, we went twice! This trip was the start of my Hamilton and Lin-Manuel obsession… anyways… this is a travel blog pri..

Here are my fave spots in Sydney:
Coogee to Bondi Coastal Walk
Stunning. It was Adam’s his first time around this coastal walk, and he loved it. He stopped so many times, hands on hips to look out and admire our view. We started the trek just after 3pm, and enjoyed the sunset during our walk. All up it’s about 6km’s.

Wedding Cake Rock
Wedding Cake Rock in the Royal National Park is a stunning cliff side walk that takes about an hour each way. I’ve done this walk twice and loved it! It was named Wedding Cake Rock because the white rock stands out against the harder sandstone making it the shape of a slice of cake.
Shout out to my uncle who took us both times, drove us there (it can be annoying to get to if you don’t have a car) and did the walk with us.
It was a while ago, so I don’t have many good photos to share!

My favourite dining places in Sydney
There are so many amazing dining places in Sydney, and I have to admit that I haven’t noted many of them down in the past.
But here is my favourite go to so far:
Mr Wongs: Cantonese restaurant.
There dumplings are the absolute best. I’ve come here for every single one of my trips to Sydney since I first discovered it. It is the best! I don’t drink anymore, but when I did, I remember them having the best cocktails!

I also love Mamak for Malaysian food – it’s so good. There chicken curry and roti canai is soo good.
I will add more in future trips, so stay tuned xx
